"I was somewhat nervous about using a Personal Trainer as I really did not know what to expect, but I need not of worried, as Nick is very enthusiastic and passionate about personal training, which inspires you to actually want to work out.

The sessions are varied and non repetitive and most of all fun, I really do look forward to our sessions, be it circuit training, toning, boxing etc. Don't get me wrong they are not easy you have to put in a lot of hard work but the results are amazing.

I am more toned and my fitness levels have increased immensely, so much so I have started running and have actually entered a couple of 10K runs and the 2011 Brighton Marathon, this from a 40+ woman who had not actually run for over 20-years!
