Either at home or in the local park, individual programmes are designed to fit your lifestyle and personal requirements. The content of the sessions are varied but take into account your likes and dislikes, so you're not paying for something you do not enjoy.
Suitable for all levels of fitness, learn boxing combinations and drills without the threat of being hit by an opponent. Boxers are seen as some of the fittest sportsmen around, this is your chance to find out why. A great way to relieve stress, improve self confidence and increase general fitness, in a safe environment.
Nutritional Advice - Are you eating the correct types of food? Are you confused by conflicting reports on what is good or not good for you? Included as part of a Personal Training package or an individual consultation service, qualified advice to ensure that your body gets what it needs naturally.
A programme designed specifically for post natal mums, to help you to regain your shape, strength and fitness, with a big focus on posture and working those all important abdominal and back muscles. Sessions are 45 mins long and are held in your own home.
Group Sessions - Would you like to join a group class but are concerned about your fitness levels? Or maybe you would just like to share the costs of a Personal Trainer with your friends? Group sessions allow you to choose what you want to do and when you want to do it.
Remote PT - Are you a regular gym user and fed up with the standard generic gym plans? Maybe you don't need the motivation of a Personal Trainer but would like to use their knowledge? Providing easy to follow bespoke plans, reviewed monthly you get the knowledge of a PT to use in your own time.
